Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite & Canva skills.
• Good typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take a clear brief and turn it into finished creative.
• Proof of rollout ability across brands and formats.
• Comfortable working across different brands and visual identities.
• Good written communication.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads for Meta, Instagram and other digital channels.
• Turn hooks, references, copy and brand assets into on-brand ads.
• Reinterpret successful formats through each client’s visual identity.
• Roll concepts out across different executions, sizes and formats.
• Work across multiple client brands and visual styles.
• Select and develop creative references that fit the brief.
• Use AI tools alongside design workflow to explore concepts and generate assets.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and make revisions.
• Occasionally capture simple photo or video content for ads.
• Create email designs, web assets, flyers and other marketing collateral.
