The Recruitment Company Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Senior Functional Tester to join a cross-functional Agile squad on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will design and execute manual and automated tests for a new mobile application, ensuring features meet business requirements and deliver a quality user experience.

You will own testing activities, help improve testing practices and automation across the organisation, and collaborate with BAs, Product Owners and developers to ensure testable

Competenze

5+ years of software testing experience, including at least 2 years in an Agile environment.
Experience with manual and automated testing.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar tools.

Mansioni

Design, develop and execute manual and automated test cases across functional, integration and regression testing.
Review user stories and acceptance criteria with BAs, POs and developers to ensure clear, testable requirements.
Manage defects from identification through resolution using Azure DevOps.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
Contribute to test automation frameworks and suites.
Identify testing risks and communicate results to drive quality throughout delivery.
