Richard Lloyd Recruitment in North Sydney is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager/Senior Accountant to own month-end close and financial reporting, delivering accurate results within deadlines.

You will lead a small team with support from the Financial Controller and drive finance transformation through streamlined workflows and automation/AI.

The role includes revenue recognition across technology projects and building on key automations to improve reporting quality, with one day WFH.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified.
• Proven people leadership (must have managed staff).
• Strong month-end and financial reporting experience.
• Track record of improvements/projects/achievements.
• Comfortable in a business going through change.
• AASB 15 exposure and/or WIP / project-based environments.

• Partner with FP&A to provide meaningful reporting, insights and decision support.
• Oversee AR and working capital, building on some of the key automations that have been initiated.
• Support revenue recognition across technology projects, service/maintenance contracts and other revenue streams.

CA or CPA qualified
