State Schools Relief is seeking an ERP & Digital Systems Manager to own Business Central, oversee SSR's data, and unify the digital tools staff rely on daily. The role involves hands-on configuration, partner management and leading reporting for the Board and funders.

You will collaborate with the Product Owner and Operations Leadership Group, ensure security controls, and guide system strategy for the next 3–5 years. Hybrid roles in Scoresby with site access are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP.
• Strong data modelling and reporting skills in Power BI, DAX and SQL.
• Experience directing external technology partners, including reviewing their proposals and estimates.
• Ability to explain technical options, costs and risks plainly to leadership.
• A commitment to child safety, and to SSR's mission and values.
• Right to work in Australia.
• A valid Working with Children Check, held or obtained before starting.

Responsabilités

• Own Business Central's configuration and setup, and keep a current record of how it works and why
• Review and sign off partner proposals that cross systems, move data or change access
• Write options and business cases for major changes
• Own SSR's data model and metric definitions, and build the Power BI reporting our Board, the Department and funders rely on
• Own the integration inventory and access model, and hold operational responsibility for data protection
• Set how SSR uses SharePoint and Teams, and which tool does which job
• Design security controls, including the Essential Eight, with our managed service provider
• Lead an audit of how Business Central is set up and used, then bring the Senior Leadership Group a fix plan that simplifies warehouse operations and monthly reporting
• Assess whether Business Central is the right platform for the next 3 to 5 years
