Job summary

EY in Perth is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our national Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. You will work with clients across Oceania to diagnose health, safety and wellbeing challenges and design practical solutions.

This hybrid, Perth-based role offers flexible hours and opportunities to lead multi-disciplinary projects, coaching teams, and building strong client relationships while navigating regulatory environments.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of technical EHS experience in industry and/or consulting roles with a strong grounding in risk management fundamentals, WHS legislation, and management systems, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven project management experience in dynamic environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, alongside strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
Experience in coaching talent and developing internal and external relationships, including client management, with the ability to travel intra and interstate as required.

Responsibilities

Manage engagements including risk management, audits, culture change, and leadership to client projects.
Coach teams and apply health, safety and wellbeing expertise to project delivery.
Build strong relationships with internal and external decision-makers.
Identify industry trends and key performance drivers relevant to clients.
