Job summary

BCF, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking a commercially minded Demand Planner in Strathpine to own forecasting and inventory for high-volume camping categories. You will work with Category Managers, Merchandising and cross-functional teams to ensure stores, online channels and customers never miss out on the gear they need for their next adventure.

You will drive forecast accuracy, manage replenishment planning and weekly orders, and identify supply risks while collaborating across Retail,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Demand Planning or Merchandise Planning.
• Strong forecasting capability with large SKU portfolios.
• Analytical skills to interpret data for commercial decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Proactive, accountable, continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting and inventory planning for high-volume camping categories.
• Drive forecast accuracy through trend analysis and promotional performance.
• Manage replenishment planning and weekly orders, identifying supply risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Merchandising, Retail, Digital and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide actionable insights to improve availability and stock investment.
