Qualifications

• Minimum one year of paralegal experience.
• Working knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation.
• Interest in debt recovery and insolvency matters, with training provided.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt recovery matters from commencement to resolution with supervision.
• Prepare, review and file court documents across jurisdictions.
• Assist with enforcement proceedings, including bankruptcy and winding-up.
• Liaise with clients and provide timely updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with team to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Develop strong prioritisation and time management skills.
