Job summary

Kennedy Reid Pty is sourcing Data Entry & Financial Services Administrators for a Sydney team on a temp-to-perm basis. Roles offer a hybrid setup with two work-from-home days after training, 8:00am–4:00pm, and weekly pay at a rate of $36+ super per hour.

Ideal candidates will have data entry or admin experience, plus a focus on accuracy and strong typing. Financial services exposure is highly regarded and you will support multiple systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• Previous data entry or administration experience.
• Financial services experience highly regarded.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and high-volume data entry.
• Managing digital mailroom and document workflows.
• Preparing and reviewing documentation for processing.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Updating customer and account information across multiple systems.
• General administration and team support duties.
• Salary $36+ Super per hour, paid weekly.
• Location: Camellia, NSW2142.
• Hybrid - WFH 2 days a week after training.
• Hours 8.00am till 4pm.
