You will document interactions in the CRM, investigate complex cases, and collaborate with service providers to ensure positive outcomes, while working in a hybrid role at our Tempe NSW centre.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or contact centre.
• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate IKEA systems and CRM tools.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound contacts across phone, chat and email.
• Provide after-sales solutions balancing cost and customer experience.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to drive positive resolutions.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM for accuracy.
• Investigate complex cases and liaise with service providers as needed.
• Support rostering requirements and maintain professionalism during hours.
