FleetPartners is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to bring frontline service excellence to calls and digital inquiries in Sydney. You will own inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.

In this role you will manage inbound and email-based cases, build strong rapport with customers, and escalate complex problems when needed. A customer-focused mindset and clear communication are essential for success.

• Proven ability to resolve complex or ambiguous customer issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise a combination of both inbound phone and email‑based customer cases and queries
• Develop excellent rapport over the phone or face to face to foster strong customer and internal relationships
• Identify complex problems and resolve them or escalation where a resolution may not be achievable
