Job summary

EY in Australia is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead - Manager to guide design, development and delivery of cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with architecture ownership and offshore team leadership in a hybrid Perth-based setup.

You will mentor offshore teams, drive architecture discussions, work with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, and support planning and deployment activities in

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core and .NET 8 for cloud-native apps.
Frontend stack with React.js, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3.
Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture.
Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and DDD.
Hands-on with Azure services and cloud deployment patterns.
Experience with automated deployments, monitoring, logging, and release management.
Strong understanding of security, design patterns and modern software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor an offshore team while maintaining high delivery standards.
Drive solution design and architecture discussions, proposing scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Present architecture and design proposals at Design Council.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support estimation, sprint planning, technical governance, and production support activities.
