Job summary

EY in Perth (Boorloo) is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (Mobile) Manager to own the offline-first mobile architecture and lead cross-functional delivery across web, mobile, cloud, and integration platforms.

You will remain hands-on while mentoring the team, guiding architecture, and driving engineering excellence. Hybrid work options are available with potential flexible hours. 8+ years of enterprise app delivery experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, REST, SQL Server, Azure.
• Experience mobile apps with .NET MAUI, MVVM, offline sync.
• Experience with Blazor, React, TypeScript.
• Experience integrating SAP and Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of offline-first mobile app.
• Lead assessment of solution maturity, scalability and risks.
• Define technical direction, mentor developers, ensure security and maintainability.
• Lead code reviews and architectural decision-making.
• Drive DevOps maturity, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
