Wesfarmers Group Technology is hiring for a 12‑month contract role in a modern hybrid environment. You’ll work across cloud, infrastructure and endpoint tech, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and VMware, taking ownership to build capability across domains and deliver real impact.

Qualifications

Experience across cloud, infrastructure and endpoint technologies.
Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments across on‑premises and cloud.
Hands‑on experience with endpoint management and MDM platforms (Intune/Jamf).
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving across infrastructure and end‑user tech.
Interest in automation and continuous improvement of tech services.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure and cloud operations: support and maintain core infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments (MS 365, Azure, VMware).
Endpoint and workplace technology: manage endpoint environments across Intune, Jamf and other MDMs.
Technical support and issue resolution: provide advanced troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
Security, patching and resilience: support vulnerability remediation, patching, backup and disaster recovery.
Automation and continuous improvement: identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Collaboration and delivery: work with Technology teams and stakeholders, maintain documentation and improve processes.
