Job summary

St Philip's Christian Education Foundation in Waratah NSW seeks an experienced Infrastructure & Cyber Security Manager to lead design, deployment, and ongoing management of its network, servers, and security posture across campuses.

You will manage a small team, align with NIST/ SMB1001, and drive resilience, cloud adoption, and security governance while supporting the organisation’s Christian education mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in network/server administration and cyber security.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (M365, Azure) and security tools.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP, Microsoft/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of cyber security infrastructure.
• Manage network engineering team and governance for security, compliance, and uptime.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Oversee end-user support, services, and project delivery for ICT.
• Promote cyber security awareness and coordinate with SIEM partner.
