Job summary

The University of Sydney is seeking an experienced Clinical Data Systems Coordinator to support the delivery of clinical trial data systems in a leading research environment.

Based at Chris O’Brien LifeHouse with a hybrid working arrangement, you will design, develop, test and maintain data systems that support high-quality clinical research, collaborating with researchers and clinicians across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with REDCap in clinical trials.
• Experience supporting the study development process within clinical research.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and commitment to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test clinical data systems for clinical trials including data entry forms and validation rules.
• Collaborate with project managers, clinical data managers, clinicians and biostatisticians to deliver study requirements.
• Support implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of data systems in production environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures and testing plans.
• Provide user support and training to clinical research staff.
• Ensure systems comply with relevant regulations, guidelines and SOPs.
