Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Business Analyst to drive transformation across ERP, HRIS, payroll and finance systems. You will partner with leaders, manage workshops, map current and future state processes, and support testing and cutover as the program progresses.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analyst experience in ERP, HRIS, workforce management, payroll or systems transformation.
• Strong process-mapping, requirements and documentation skills.
• Confidence facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Map current-state processes and define practical future-state processes.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop workflows, procedures and operating model documentation.
• Support data readiness, migration, integration and solution design.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect follow-up and sign-off.
• Support business readiness, cutover, go-live and handover.
