Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Melbourne to streamline complex data centre projects. You will support design teams in adhering to BIM requirements and play a key role in the development of our BIM standards, libraries, and templates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural or engineering background with at least 5 years of experience in using Autodesk Revit. We offer a competitive salary, hybrid work arrangement, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and ability to document them.
• Experience with programming and Revit API is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up project models and provide technical Revit support.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans.
• Audit and clean up project models.

Skills

Architectural or engineering background

5+ years experience in large-scale project delivery with Revit

Strong knowledge of building design and construction

Mastery of Autodesk Revit and ACC/Forma

Strong knowledge of the BIM methodology
