ProVision Eye Care Pty Ltd invites an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to own the ProIntel platform, ensuring reliability, accuracy and ongoing development. You will balance daily platform operations with reporting improvements and analytics projects, collaborating across ProVision teams and independent practice owners.

Required strong Power BI and SQL skills, 5+ years in BI or data analytics, and excellent communication to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Formación

• At least five years in BI or data analytics in a medium to large organisation.
• Strong Power BI and SQL practical capability.
• Ability to translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Administering Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environments, including workspaces, access, refreshes and row-level security.
• Developing reports, dashboards, DAX measures and semantic models.
• Maintaining SQL-based data models, ETL processes, API connections and scheduled data loads.
• Managing monthly benchmarking, reconciling practice data and resolving data-quality issues.
• Translating business requirements into practical reporting and analytics solutions.
• Coordinating external development work and supporting testing and implementation.
• Maintaining data governance, technical documentation and well-structured datasets for future analytics and AI initiatives.
