Job summary

Kameleon Group is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver services across Australia with a hybrid work model. The role includes home and community visits, PBSP development, and family coaching to support behaviour change.

You will operate across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, ACT and Tasmania, with adaptability to part-time or full-time arrangements and a focus on delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Behaviour Support Practitioner
• NDIS registration as a suitable practitioner
• NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC current
• Current driver license and insured vehicle
• Experience with all ages or willingness to expand with support

Responsibilities

• Provide Behaviour Support services to local area of home location
• Conduct assessments and analyse behavioural data
• Develop PBSPs and support implementation
• Coach families and support workers in PBSPs
• Participate in training, projects or research, and workshops
