Kameleon Group in Perth, WA is seeking a Clinical Lead – Behaviour Support to provide clinical leadership and supervision for a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners across the Perth area. You will also deliver direct Positive Behaviour Support services to NDIS participants, leveraging your expertise to drive high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration and a practitioner number – Proficient or above.
• Leadership experience in clinical supervision and team mentoring.
• Knowledge of PBSPs, assessments and NDIS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and coaching to Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Review quality of assessments, PBSPs and reports.
• Support complex cases and Restrictive Practice compliance.
• Deliver direct Positive Behaviour Support services to NDIS participants.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and trainings for families and teams.
• Lead training and professional development; participate in service initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders and families to drive best-practice outcomes.
