Service Stream is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Transport division in Melbourne, working on the JAMS asset management system. You will configure and support JAMS, translate business requirements into practical system outcomes, and collaborate with stakeholders to standardise processes.

The role offers hybrid working, opportunities to improve workflows, and exposure to data reporting with SSRS and Power BI.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on JAMS experience desirable but not essential.
• Translate business requirements into workflows, reports and system configuration.
• Experience with SQL Server, querying, data validation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to support testing, deployment, incident resolution and controlled change.
• SSRS, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Power Apps or Power Automate experience desirable.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Commerce or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant Microsoft, SQL, Power BI, business analysis or continuous‑improvement training desirable.

Aufgaben

• JAMS configuration and support - ongoing administration and support of the JAMS platform, maintaining configuration, workflows, security and reference data.
• Requirements, testing and deployment - gather requirements, coordinate testing and user acceptance, manage defects and deployments.
• Operating model and standardisation - standardise processes by aligning JAMS configurations and maintaining documentation.
• Reporting, integration and governance - develop operational reports, data extracts, and ensure data quality and access controls.
