Job summary

Legacy Media Global, a Melbourne digital agency serving the construction and trades sector, seeks a Client Success Director. You will own the client base, lead the delivery across SEO, paid media, web, content, video and AI roadmap engagements, and manage the growing Client Success team from the founder’s chair.

You’ll lead weekly reviews, client escalations and resourcing, ensuring on-time delivery and clear client communication. Hybrid work from Albert Park, salary 110k–130k AUD plus super.

Qualifications

• Owned client relationships in an agency or services business.
• Able to discuss retention and growth with real numbers.
• Comfortable presenting to business owners.
• Managed or mentored people, or ready to.
• Understands digital marketing delivery and can lead it with clients.
• Everyday AI user and able to explain what you use and why.
• Organised to a fault and remains calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the client base and all we deliver into it.
• Lead weekly rhythm, reviews and resourcing; escalate when needed.
• Develop our Client Success Manager and grow the team as the base expands.
• Ensure work lands on time and to standard across SEO, paid media, web, content, video, and AI roadmap engagements.
• Make sure the right work happens in the right order and that clients understand what’s happening.
