Job summary

Bishop Consulting is assisting a well-established client in Sydney to recruit HVAC Service Technicians, from the Apprenticeship level to Senior Techs, for on-site work. The roles focus on servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems and advancing within a team‑driven environment.

Successful candidates will perform maintenance and repairs, diagnose issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards. A strong emphasis on field orientation, clear communication, and holding mandatory licenses

Qualifications

• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate Commercial HVAC experience.
• Have an ability to navigate, understand and troubleshoot an array of HVAC systems.
• Possess all mandatory industry licenses.

Due to growth and multiple new ongoing contracts signed for 5 plus years our State Based HVAC Maintenance client is seeking multiple level HVAC Technicians from 3 years plus out of Apprenticeship to Senior level Tech all site based to join their business. You:

Will be currently working in a business with an established market history, our client requires a person who is "field orientated".

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop further within the company

This is a full-time role 40 hours a week no overtime at this point with an RDO monthly.
