Job summary

Q-Tek Mechanical Ductwork Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified Sheetmetal Worker for a full-time role in NSW (Liverpool). You will mark out, assemble, install and finish ductwork for HVAC systems, working partly in the workshop and partly on client sites.

The role requires interpreting drawings, adhering to Australian Standards, and collaborating with a trades team. The position offers a competitive salary package ($75,000-$105,000) plus superannuation, with opportunities for professional growth and

Qualifications

• Minimum Trade qualification certificate or equivalent relevant work experience
• White card required (construction)

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and HVAC schedules to determine materials, dimensions and sequence of fabrication
• Mark out and lay out sheetmetal patterns for ductwork
• Fabricate galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium into ductwork and related components
• Install ductwork at height and on construction sites in accordance with AS 4254
• Assist with duct leakage testing and commissioning as directed
