Job summary

Airmaster is an award-winning Building Service company providing HVAC&R management and building automation across Australia and New Zealand. We now seek a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service and maintain HVAC systems on a government contract in the North Brisbane region.

You will bring at least 3 years in commercial HVAC, knowledge of BMS and essential servicing, and hold a restricted electrical and QBCC Mechanical licence.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC service technician with a minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience.
• Experience in all commercial HVAC equipment highly desired.
• Understanding of BMS and Essential servicing.
• Ability to problem solve and work with others in finding solutions.
• Willing to undergo national police background check.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of HVAC plant and equipment in the commercial sector.
• Work on a local government contract with long-term commitment.
• Overtime paid as double time.
• Operate within the North Brisbane region with no residential work.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and improve performance.

The Role

Due to our continued growth, we areseeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team, operating throughout North Brisbane region. Duties will involve the service and maintenance of various HVAC plant andequipment in the commercial sector, predominantly on a local government contract with a long-term commitment.

Essential to this role is a good HVAC service background of 3 years with a commercial experience preferable.

Dual cab vehicle or vehicle allowance can be negotiated with the successful applicant.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Commercial HVAC service technician with a minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience.
• Experience in all commercial HVAC equipment highly desired.
• Understanding of BMS and Essential servicing.
• Ability to problem solve and work with others in finding solutions
• Working regions between in the north Brisbane region.
• No residential work. Commercial clients only.
• All overtime is paid as double time
• Nine day fortnight available to the right applicant.
• Regular company social events funded by the business
• Restricted electrical license
• QBCC Mechanical licence.
• Willing to undergo national police background check
