Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service a diverse range of commercial sites in Northern NSW. You will work with leading technology, backed by a global organisation, and build a long-term career close to home.

Responsibilities include routine servicing, fault diagnosis, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, with opportunities for training and career development. A current Australian work-rights status is required and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent) is required.
• Refrigerant Handling Licence is required.
• NSW Electrical Licence or ability to obtain where required.
• Experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems is preferred.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)
• Refrigerant Handling Licence
• NSW Electrical Licence or Restricted Electrical Licence (or ability to obtain where required)
• Previous experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Current driver's licence
• Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement
