About the role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems safely, efficiently, and to company standard. You'll represent the business professionally in customers' homes and ensure faults are fixed right the first time, with strong attention to workmanship, system performance, compliance, and customer experience.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in HVAC servicing, fault-finding, maintenance, and repair

Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

QLD Restricted Electrical Licence

QBCC Mechanical Services - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration occupational licence

Current QLD Manual Driver's Licence

Strong communication skills and a genuine customer focus
