Job summary

TVH (Total Ventilation & Hygiene Services) in Broken Hill, NSW, is hiring an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to service commercial and industrial sites. You will work on split systems, VRF/VRF, chillers, ducted plant and refrigeration, with a stable client base and a planned schedule.

You’ll run your own jobs with support from a capable team and receive fair pay for the hours you work. The role demands hands-on fault-finding, maintenance, installation, commissioning, and on-site reporting.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
• Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence.
• Current driver's licence.
• Confidence working independently and across commercial sites.
• Restricted electrical licence (state-dependent).

Responsibilities

• Service, fault-find and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance against site asset registers.
• Install, commission and decommission split, ducted and VRF systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and controls faults and resolve on first visit where possible.
• Complete service reports, photos and asset data through our mobile platform.
• Work with the dispatch team to plan your day and keep clients informed.
