Job summary

Total Ventilation and Hygiene Services in Mildura, VIC is seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. This full-time role services a range of commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems across Mildura and surrounding regional areas.

You’ll diagnose, repair and Maintenice split and ducted systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, commercial refrigeration and associated controls, with a focus on safety, quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent required.
• ARCtick refrigerant handling licence required.
• Current Australian driver’s licence required.
• Restricted electrical licence where applicable.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance.
• Fault-find mechanical, electrical and controls issues.
• Install, commission and decommission HVAC/R equipment.
• Attend breakdowns and resolve faults efficiently.
• Complete digital service reports, photos and asset information.
• Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts.
• Work with dispatch to plan your day and keep jobs moving.

Skills

The Role

TVH is looking for an experiencedRefrigeration & Air Conditioning Technicianto join our growing Mildura team.

This is a great opportunity for a trade-qualified technician who wantssteady work, good equipment, proper pay and the freedom to get on with the job.

You’ll service a range of commercial and industrial sites throughoutMildura and surrounding regional areas, working across:

• Split systems
• Ducted systems
• VRV / VRF
• Chillers
• Commercial refrigeration
• Cool rooms & freezer rooms
• Mechanical plant
• Controls and BMS

You’ll have a planned schedule, a solid client base and a supportive team behind you —not constant chaos and unrealistic workloads.

What You’ll Be Doing
