Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering large commercial HVAC construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor Project Managers and site delivery teams.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-project portfolios in a major contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead major commercial HVAC construction projects across multiple sites.
• Develop and mentor Project Managers and site teams to build capability.
• Set direction, expectations and accountability for project delivery and performance.
• Oversee programme, commercial performance and project outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with builders, consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure resources, safety, quality and compliance across projects.
• Support decision-making with commercial and operational insights.
• Work closely with senior management to align with business priorities.
• Drive a high-performance culture within the construction team.
