Job summary

Effective Airconditioning Services Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with HVAC experience to support estimating, cost analysis, drawing review and project administration. Based at our Ormeau office, you will run installation projects from start to finish and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

You will provide QA of work, manage budgets against scope and objectives, and travel to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC systems.
• Read and understand plans, drawings and design specifications.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run installation projects from start to finish with the management team.
• Liaise with stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Provide QA of work performed by staff.
• Resolve and escalate project issues; maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Measure project success against budget scope and business objectives.
