Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Sydney is seeking a Modernisation Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure HVAC retrofit, upgrade and lifecycle modernisation opportunities across commercial and industrial assets.

You will engage building owners, facility managers and consultants to develop technically sound and commercially competitive solutions, leveraging Carrier's service base and pursuing new opportunities in the Sydney metro.

Qualifications

• Experience selling HVAC projects in commercial environments.
• Ability to interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Proven track record in developing and managing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop HVAC retrofit and lifecycle upgrade opportunities across sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, facility managers and contractors.
• Conduct site assessments to identify improvement opportunities and energy efficiency options.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals with engineering input.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle from qualification to contract award.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts and market intelligence.
