Green Source is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to lead a team and mentor junior staff in Melbourne, Australia under the VEU Guidelines. • Mentor installers and lead team performance on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and job notes.

Key Responsibilities:

Install a range of residential HVAC systems, including split systems, ducted heating/cooling, multi-head units, and VRF systems under VEU Guiedlines .

Ensure all installations adhere to the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with the installation team to ensure efficient and timely job completion.

Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and resolve on-site challenges.

Mentor team of installers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Represent Green Source with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.

Maintain accurate records of installations and job notes

Your Role:

As a Residential HVAC Installer at Green Source, you'll be responsible for the full installation of heating and cooling systems in homes under the veu guiedlines.
