Job summary

Clean Air Technologies (Aust) Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an HVAC Hygiene Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead a team of technicians across commercial, healthcare, education and government facilities in Sydney and NSW.

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you’ll coordinate daily site activities, mentor technicians, maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with procedures and Australian Standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising trade or service technicians.
• Background in HVAC, mechanical services, ductwork or facilities maintenance.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to plan work, solve problems and make decisions on site.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of HVAC Hygiene Cleaning Technicians.
• Assist planning of daily works and coordinate labour and equipment.
• Carry out site inspections for assessments and quoting.
• Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Train and develop field technicians to company and industry standards.
• Manage site documentation, reports and quality inspections.
• Liaise with clients, building managers and project stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and costs and communicate progress to the office.
• Support technicians with technical work on site.
• Undertake variable shift times as required to meet project needs.
• Promote a positive safety culture and professional team environment.
