Job summary

Robert Mann Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a Service Technician to perform maintenance and breakdown services for a defined client base, covering the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, respond to after-hours calls on a rotating schedule, and contribute to quoting and service reporting while upholding safety and RMPL policies.

The role requires Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and relevant licences; on-site work, standard hours 7:30am-4:00pm with

Qualifications

• Cert III in Refrigeration and Air conditioning.
• NSW Services NSW Supervisors Certificate or Contractor Licence.
• ARCTICK gas handling licence.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Basic understanding of WHS duties and proven ability to work safely in the field.

Responsibilities

• Attend break-down service calls anywhere in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area (7:30am-4:00pm Monday to Friday).
• Provide sound technical advice to clients.
• Provide service reports for invoicing and closing out jobs.
• Lead on potential CAPEX works for follow-up with clients.
• Adhere to RMPL policies, SWMS and WHS directives on site.
