Job summary

Synergie is seeking skilled assemblers in Sydney. You will assemble HVAC components, read blueprints, and operate hand and power tools in a fast-paced facility. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.

Momentum is important in this position, with morning and afternoon shifts available. You’ll be contributing to state-of-the-art HVAC assemblies and will participate in documentation and inventory processes as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble HVAC units and components using hand and power tools.
• Fast paced environment requiring accuracy and efficiency.
• Use of a variety of hand/power tools.
• Assemble HVAC units and assemblies using hand and power tools, following detailed specifications and blueprints.
• Apply identification labels to components and finished products for inventory tracking and compliance with industry standards.
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation to specifications.
