Job summary

Ingleburn, NSW-based manufacturer seeks an experienced Electrical Technician / Assembler for a full-time casual role. Hourly rate is $46.35 per hour plus Super, with Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm shifts in a modern workshop.

You will assemble, install, test and QA sophisticated electrical and mechanical equipment, reading drawings and wiring harnesses with strong attention to detail. Immediate start and temp-to-perm after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Construction White Card is mandatory.
• NSW police check required.
• RTA Printout required.
• Experience reading technical drawings and using hand/power tools.
• Experience with electrical components and panel building.

Responsibilities

• Basic mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Install nuts, bolts, frames and structural components onto trailers and equipment housings.
• Production line and bench assembly work.
• Build and install electrical panels onto equipment.
• Install wiring and electrical panels into trailers and mobile cameras.
• Assemble and install mobile camera systems and boom structures.
• Electrical component assembly and wiring.
• Test and calibrate equipment to required specs.
• Carry out QA/QC inspections and document results.
