Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is recruiting a skilled High Voltage (HV) Technician for MacIntyre Wind Farm in Queensland. You will perform preventative/corrective maintenance, HV inspections, and switching operations as part of a multi-skilled team dedicated to safe, reliable energy generation.

The role requires 3–5 years post-trade experience, an electrical trade qualification, and a current driver’s licence. Willingness to travel and compliance with health, safety and environment standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification required or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of post-trade experience.
• QLD "A Grade" Electrical Licence preferred or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across BOP assets and HV systems.
• Conduct HV and substation inspections, maintenance, repairs, and testing.
• Carry out HV switching operations and system manoeuvres.
