Job summary

GLP Gestion Pty Ltd in Queensland seeks an experienced HV delivery professional to drive major 132kV+ projects, managing designers, contractors, suppliers and the network service provider. You will own programme, cost and safety with real accountability.

Requirements include a electrical engineering degree, 10+ years HV delivery with 5+ as PM, hands-on energisation experience, and familiarity with Australian TNSP processes; RPEQ or related experience highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in HV delivery, including 5+ as a project manager.
• Delivered at least one 132kV+ project through to energisation.
• Hands-on experience with an Australian TNSP connection process.
• Strong contract administration and commercial skills.
• RPEQ, Powerlink experience or data centre experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of the HV design, from single-line diagrams through to issued-for-construction.
• Assist to secure and monitor long-lead equipment including power transformers and switchgear.
• Administer HV contracts, budgets and programme.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, switching and staged energisation.

Job description

Being part of the delivery team, you'll act on behalf of the owner, assisting with the management of designers, contractors, suppliers and the network service provider. Power-on is on the critical path, so you'll carry real accountability for programme, cost and safety.

Key responsibilities

Assist with the management of the HV design, from single-line diagrams through to issued-for-construction

Assist to secure and monitor long-lead equipment including power transformers and switchgear

Administer HV contracts, budgets and programme

Oversee testing, commissioning, switching and staged energisation

About you

Electrical engineering degree or equivalent

10+ years in HV delivery, including 5+ as a project manager

Delivered at least one 132kV+ project through to energisation
