Job summary

Enemix is seeking a Project Manager to lead high voltage and data centre infrastructure projects for major Australian digital infrastructure clients. The role offers autonomy, direct client exposure, and opportunities to influence project execution.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, budget and safety management, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across sites to meet milestones and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with high voltage electrical systems, switchboards, and power systems.
• Solid electrical background with proven construction project management expertise.
• Experience in mining, industrial, or heavy infrastructure construction (advantageous).
• Exceptional leadership skills to guide multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving project environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of HV and data centre construction projects.
• Manage project program, budget, quality, and safety throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as primary on-site contact.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
• Supervise HV testing and commissioning phases, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delivery impacts.
• Provide regular updates on progress, forecasting, and commercial performance.
