Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a passionate Territory Sales Representative to join our Field Sales team in the Hunter Region - Maitland/Greenhills. You will build strong relationships with key customers and drive sales to achieve display and sales targets within your territory, while upholding high standards in execution and compliance of in-store activities.

You'll need a genuine passion for FMCG, be a confident communicator, and able to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or field sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full, valid driver’s license in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with store managers and regional managers to maximise sales.
• Engage with key customer stakeholders to upsell initiatives and secure display opportunities.
• Deliver in-store execution, ensuring product quality, availability, and standards compliance.
• Plan and execute in-store activities to meet display and execution targets.
• Coordinate forecasting, ordering, and distribution of POS materials for activations.
