Job summary

Ferrero invites a passionate Territory Sales Representative to join our Field Sales team in Perth, Central East, Cannington and surrounding areas. You will build strong relationships with key customers, drive display and sales targets, and ensure high standards of in-store execution and compliance with our guidelines.

The ideal candidate will work autonomously, bring merchandising know-how, and hold a valid Australian driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influencing abilities are important.
• Autonomy and strong time management are essential for field work.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with Store/Area Managers to identify opportunities and maximise sales across activations.
• Upsell initiatives with key stakeholders; influence in-store decisions and secure extra display opportunities.
• Deliver in-store execution quality: product availability, freshness, and merchandising standards.
• Plan in-store activities to meet display and execution targets per guidelines.
• Coordinate POS materials forecasting, ordering and distribution for activations.
