Job summary

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley seeks a Human Trafficking Coordinator reporting to the Regional IMPACT Director. The role blends administrative duties with field outreach, focusing on hot spots, assessing victims, and linking clients to the Navigator Program for additional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Two years of related experience accepted; five preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and/or victims of human trafficking.
• Strong oral and written communications and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word) and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with clients, staff and community members.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and grant-required assessments.
• Maintain client confidentiality in line with policies.
• Identify outreach opportunities and HT-related trainings.
• Coordinate with Navigator Program for appropriate referrals.
