Job summary

Bluestone Mines Tasmania Joint Venture Pty in Tasmania is seeking an HR Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to the Human Resources function and ensure smooth people-related processes across site.

The role offers a 4 days on 3 days off roster (residential or drive-in/drive-out), and requires strong organisation, discretion, and proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Pronto.

• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic, ability to prioritise and manage competing demands, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach and ability to work independently when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Pronto; end-to-end recruitment experience is highly regarded.

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities including coordinating interviews, reference checks, inductions, and accommodation bookings and other HR duties as required.

An opportunity existsfor a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Administration Officer tojoin our team on a full-time basis.
