Job summary

Reporting to the Manager Processing, you will ensure efficient operation of people and metallurgical services and partner with leaders, employees and contractor groups to foster a safe, productive, and positive workforce.

The role offers a 5:2/4:3 roster with potential FIFO/DIDO.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in a similar role or readiness to advance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operating practices and processes to meet recovery, production, and quality targets.
• Report against parameters, challenging set points to deliver the Business Plan.
• Create a continuous improvement culture and implement initiatives.
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible to changing priorities.
