About the Role

This is a true HR generalist role with an operational focus — no two days are the same! You’ll be the go-to for all things people, working across the full employee lifecycle and partnering with teams. From onboarding and culture-building to compliance and performance, you’ll keep things running smoothly and stylishly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for HR support across the business
  • Own and drive key HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records
  • Support performance and development programs across teams
  • Assist leaders with employee relations matters in a confident and solutions-focused way
  • Roll up your sleeves for process improvement and HR system enhancements
  • Champion culture and engagement initiatives (think wellness, events, and ways-of-working)
  • Collaborate with global teams to align on people priorities and policies

About You

  • You’re an experienced HR generalist who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments
  • You know your way around HR operations and love creating smooth, scalable processes
  • You’re approachable, organised, and can balance empathy with professionalism
  • You’ve worked in a creative or retail/fashion environment (bonus points!)
  • Experience managing HRIS systems and HR documentation
  • You’re a natural communicator and confident working with stakeholders at all levels
  • You love being part of a team that builds culture, not just manages it
