Job summary

Duggan + Della is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Melbourne, Australia. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives that align with business priorities and will provide trusted HR guidance across employee relations, development and wellbeing.

In this role you will manage complex employee relations, coach stakeholders to build high-performing teams and contribute to workforce planning, recruitment and continuous improvement, while mentoring junior team

Qualifications

• Seven+ years' experience as a generalist HR professional.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
• Strong employee relations experience, including complex performance matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, collaborative and adaptable.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving process improvement.
• A genuine interest in AI and innovation within the People function.
