Job summary

NBCUniversal in Sydney is offering an internship within the ANZ HR team. You will report to the HR Generalist, ANZ, and support the wider HR team with programs and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include delivering People & Culture plans, creating HR communications, planning Learning & Development, onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement, plus data analysis to improve the employee experience. This internship provides exposure to full spectrum HR processes, access to learning

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Express.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Well organised with great prioritisation skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Background in HR or a relevant field.
• Passionate about the Film/TV industry.

Responsibilities

• Create HR communications in line with brand guidelines to share announcements and generate excitement for upcoming events.
• Assist in the planning of Learning & Development initiatives across the business.
• Provide support to the HR team on employee lifecycle processes and actions, including onboarding, benefits and employee engagement.
• Utilise data and research to improve the employee experience.
• Participate in ideation and creation sessions with the ANZ HR team to solve local people-related challenges.
• Collaborate with the HR team in maintaining updated personnel files.
• Review and regularly update the employee portal with upcoming events and important communications.

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring HR enthusiast to join the ANZ HR team and the NBCUniversal Internship Program. This role will report into the HR Generalist, ANZ, supporting the wider HR team with programs and initiatives
