St Joseph's School Port Lincoln is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to lead people-focused HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle within a Catholic school community.

Working closely with the Principal, Leadership Team and Catholic Education South Australia, you will provide trusted advice, coordinate HR processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture that supports staff wellbeing and development.

Qualifikationen

• Qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment principles.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
• Experience in an education setting is advantageous.
• Commitment to Catholic education values.

About The Role

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of high-quality human resource services across the employee lifecycle. You are a capable and proactive HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building positive relationships with people across departments and teams.

You Will Demonstrate

• Qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment principles
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience working within an education setting will be highly regarded, though is not essential
• A commitment to the values and mission of Catholic education
