Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to partner with NSW leadership and managers, driving positive HR outcomes across multiple aged care locations. Based in Lane Cove with regular travel, you will advise on employee relations, performance issues and grievances, while implementing HR documentation and processes.

You will lead continuous improvement in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, succession planning and retention, contributing to a culture of care

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources.
• Experience as HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Knowledge of Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements and related legislation.
• Experience with complex case management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on employee relations, performance issues and grievances.
• Implement and manage HR documentation, systems, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with NSW leadership and site managers to drive HR outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in attraction, onboarding, engagement, succession planning and retention.
• Travel regularly to aged care sites in Sydney and regional locations.

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 42 residential aged care homes, in home support services and retirement living across WA, NSW, Qld and ACT. The exciting opportunity

• Based in Lane Cove with regular travel to our aged care homes predominantly in Sydney’s Northern suburbs and regional locations as required
• Partner with the NSW leadership team and managers at our homes to drive positive HR outcomes
• Provide advice on and investigate and resolve employee relations issues, performance problems, and grievances
• Implement and manage human resources documentation, systems, policies, procedures and practices
• Be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to help improve attraction, onboarding, engagement, succession planning and retention
• Support the evolution of a workplace culture of engagement, learning, growth, talent and harmony

About you

• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources and previous experience as a HR Business Partner
• Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply the Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements and other workplace related legislation
• Experience with complex case management, proactive, confident, and able to build strong relationships, collaborate with, and influence stakeholders
• Reliable car, driver’s license and willingness to regularly travel to designated aged care homes
• NDIS clearance and current Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) and full Australian working rights
